Also a CASE for the Featured Stamper 11/26/2017, papercrafter40 (aka Andrea D. La Vigne). I CASE'd her cute Merry Christmas card. I 'changed it up' by flipping her layout, replacing the buttons with balloons, and making it a Birthday Card!
I cut 8 small balloons from the George & Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge using Whisper White CS, then stamped a letter of "BIRTHDAY" on each balloon with the Letters & Numbers set with Pink Passion ink. I glued a piece of white hemp cord onto the back of each balloon, leaving a tail, & then popped the balloons onto the polka-dot panel with dimensional tape. I ran a strip of adhesive from my ATG along the back of the polka-dot panel at the bottom & ran each tail to the back, onto the adhesive, & trimmed the excess to reduce bulk.
I stamped "happy" from the Endless Birthday Wishes onto a piece of Whisper White, & then used one of the Chit Chat word balloon dies to cut & emboss around it. Popped that onto the polka-dot panel with dimensional tape, & added the pearls (they covered up a slight mishap with the ink...).
I layered a panel of Whisper White onto a panel of pink CS & adhered that to the card front. Layered the finished polka-dot panel onto the card front with dimensional tape.
Card base is Recollections 110# White CS.

What a fun and celebratory birthday card this is Liz! The pink polka dots just say fun as do these wonderful balloons. I love how you took Andrea's wonderful Christmas card and made this wonderful birthday card with that inspiration. This card will truly make someone's birthday very happy indeed! ~Karen.

Is this ever cute! I didn't realize we case the same card until I scrolled back up to click on the link. I love your idea to case Andrea's card. I may be casing this one. Love the fun dotted paper!
