I made a space card for my grandson's 5th birthday last week, but this week we are having a space challenge, so I made a similar card for that. This will go to my younger grandson when he turns 3 in January. I started with the dark blue paper and applied dots and a couple of stars with acrylic glow in the dark paint. I stamped the space capsule, the little astronaut and all the galaxy elements on white paper and coloured them with copics first and touched up with coloured pencils. The earth, astronaut and space ship are the only things here that don't have any glow in the dark touches. It will be fun for a child to look at.

I guessed from your post on the thread that there must be some glow in the dark element, that is so much fun. I have a jigsaw of the northern and southern hemisphere constellations with some glow in the dark paint. What an adorable card, Ina, such a cute astronaut. Make sure to keep it somewhere safe and easy to find!
I agree, I think your grandson will love this. So sweet and fun with the theme. The glow in the dark element is a great additional feature - sure to please!

How intriguing for your grandson, this will be with that glow in the dark paint, Ina. Such a fun addition to your space guy and all the little elements.
