 | | I had this background created for another challenge or technique. I wanted to play around with the Lovely Wishes set we got at OnStage. So I made it a birthday card with a predominant sentiment so that the colors are not covered up. The simple elements from Lovely Wishes is just enough to set off the birthday wishes.
