 | | This is my project for inspiration challenge #623. I chose the lantern shown in the samples as my inspiration. I was going to use the bird cage from caged bird die, but it has curved horizontal bars, which really wouldn't work for this, so I used a window die instead. I die cut 4 and used a cardstock strip to hold them together at the corners. The base is a small flat box, which the lantern sides fit into, but are not attached to. The roof is made similar to a pyramid box. The hanger is made from a strip of cardstock. |
