Here's my birthday card for today's Free for All challenge - I don't know if it's funny - but it will be fun for a kid to receive!
I die cut and stamped the space items on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Surface paper so I could color them using Tombow markers and wink of stella clear glitter brush. I put a little color on the edges of each figure then pulled the color over the entire piece with the Wink of stella - It works like watercoloring and leaves wonderful sparkle (although you cannot see it AT ALL in the photo - it is really sparkly IRL!)
I put a piece of tulle in the 'window' so the spaceman would look like he was suspended in air - but then decided to put the star paper behind him - it looked more 'outer space'! but the tulle still looks cool there too!
I added a fun eye from Doodlebug Designs to the spaceman (although he had a stamped one) it gives it dimension and I liked the orange!

This is so cute with the little alien and space items. Perfect card for a kid, but I think anyone would enjoy this darling card. Love your framing too and the use of the tulle.

Awesome! A fun card. Love the window with the tulle and starry paper. The die-cut elements are fabulous. Love the eyeball on the alien - the orange is perfect. The sentiment is terrific. Well done! TFS

Yes, the tulle looks great and your little monster is adorable. Some kid will really love this, I'm sure. Cute, cute, cute.
