I used Distress Oxide inks to create my background panel and then ran it through the Big Shot with the World Traveler ef. I tore the edges and sponged them.
I used a starry night dp for the entire background and put my globe panel on it with a strip of green ribbon. I stamped and fussy cut my plane and added a vellum circle with a brad for the propeller. Popped up both the plane and sentiment with dimensionals.
Congratulations Cathie, you have a lovely gallery.
Thanks for looking.

Wonderful masculine card...love your watercolor, embossed bg (marvelous look) and your torn framing...clever, clever! MY DH is a small plane pilot, so this would be near and dear to his heart!
