Teapot Tuesday this week is all about apples. I pulled out every apple-related stamp I have and created a border out of the two smaller ones . Hmmm, just noticed this is sort of the "circle of life" for an apple, seed to apple to pie. The larger apple is stamped on a piece of burlap in place and colored with pencils (I wasn't even sure it would work).
This is also for Misti's Falliday Fest challenge to add texture to a card -- in this care the burlap and embossing.

That apple pie border is super! The pie is making me hungry. Does anybody actually grow apple trees from seeds? The stamping on burlap looks great, perfect for Misti's challenge.

The apple on the burlap looks like cross stitch, love it! The images and textures combine for a pretty old fashioned look. Sandy, your pretty card will be a fun surprise for a lucky Teapotter.
