This was a fun technique to try, even though it was a little bit messier than I thought. Make sure you move everything off your desk that you don't want to get splattered with ink, including the other pieces of your card, your phone and your baby monitor; ask me how I know! 😂😂😂 To save glimmer paper, I cut the butterfly out of the panel that I used behind the splashed piece; no one will ever know because the watercolor paper is really thick! The butterfly is popped up on foam adhesive behind its body. Thanks for looking!

Thankfully, I worked on my kitchen table for this. I tend to migrate there for water techniques but I understand your comment. Your card is lovely and dramatic.
