The image I have used for this card was a freebee that came with one of the English stamping magazines. I stamped and embossed the image and then coloured it using Derwent Inktense Water Colour Pencils and used gel glitter pens to add highlights.
The image was then fussy cut before layering up onto different scraps of design paper.
I had in mind to use a cute little die cut mouse that I have to add to the corner - but once I got it out and looked at it again realised that it would have been the "monster mouse" from Hell and it would have definitely scared the little boy stupid looking over his shoulder like that.
It was a bit of a job to get the image level - as no matter what I did - it just wouldn't sit level and seemed a little warped - must have been a stamping error - probably not on the Misti straight.

I was hoping this was another one of your terrific cards when I spotted it in the gallery. helen, I love how you use colour and dp's to create a magic scene.
