I made a Tri Shutter card and used HOTP 3279 as my background paper.
All the images are from an old decoupage sheet from Leane Creatief "Mylo and friends" cut by hand and made 3D
I took the photo from an angle so you can see the layers.

Adorable card, Monique! As we've seen with your many 3D cards, you are an expert at fussy cutting. That fold is perfect for that cute little guy. Thanks for playing in my challenge and cutting it out.
