I used Dina's Mason Jar Toppers tutorial to make a topper for my tea jar. Gift to myself! Our DD gave this jar with a cross stitched topper that she had done to us about 30 years ago. It has long been gone, as it got old and quite dirty. So, since I didn't have a mason jar, (I sure thought I did), I made the topper for this. I cut into an old sack cloth towel and then used the gesso on it and then colored with Copics. I think I got too much gesso on it, because it was difficult to color, and I had heard others say it was easy. Anyway, thank you Dina. This will set on my cabinet and get a lot of use!
