The only gesso I could find was over $10 for a bottle. Since I thought I would only be making one, I did not buy it. I just stamped on cloth. However I like this so well that I think I will buy the gesso. I make several different types of jellies, preserves, and apple butter--and this would really dress them up as gifts. Thanks for the inspiration!

It really is a fun thing to do isn't it? ( sometimes you can find smaller bottles depending on where you go) (and you can use it as a primer on a lot of surfaces ) I love that you added the words to this
