This is for Kathleen's fun CAS challenge - Halloween Cute or Spooky.
I think this image ticks both of those boxes. We are not big on Halloween down under, so I'm not sure if this is a zombie or a mummy that has broken out of her tomb!
Being a Melbourne girl, I live in black, so naturally the bandages had to be black. Thinking back to all the bandages, slings and plaster casts I had as a kid, why were they always white?
About my card, this image was printed onto copy paper, coloured with pencils, blended with Zest-It and a bit of depth was added with a brown Copic maker.
I searched everywhere for my googly eyes, with no success, so I gave her liquid pearl spots. I almost severed one of her fingers fussy cutting, so I just left the other hand. The cutting (or lack of) is noticeable in the photo, but not in real life. I drew on a few scars with a fine micron pen.
I stenciled on a brick wall, flicked on some water, then adhered the fussy cut image and die-cut word with a glue stick.
Thank you for looking and I wish you a happy, inky week.

She's cute all right Susie! Your colouring is fabulous and I love the brick wall lots ... I think your eyes are great and fit her perfectly, so step away from the googly ones.

Susie, your ‘ghoulie’ reminds me of how I feel before morning coffee! Lol :p
Your mad coloring skills always delight and the black bandages are trendy!
DH had an arm cast earlier this year and he chose a camo design! Which was was effective in the deep woods! Hehehe

Cute and spooky are both captured on this little masterpiece. That stenciled wall for the background is fabulous.

Well, Susie my dear, in this instance an almost severed finger just adds to the charm?? of your little "Walking dead Teenage ghoul". I like the addition of the scars, too!
