This is a perfect example of how I start out following the directions and then go off on a tangent. This bg technique makes a lovely pattern with white patterns in it....there were actually white areas on this at one time. Then I added another color and did another application of paint and just kept going. With so much paint on the bg a stamped image would not show up so I went with die cuts. The blue and light yellow make this work for the F4A399 which is a different color fall. For the IC619 I was inspired by the entire first page of shoes....they all had versions of these colors with an occasional flower. I thought I might get a total of 5 cards for FF17..this is my third. Those colors are amazing ... and I love that background ... the die cuts were the perfect way to highlight it but still let it shine ... awesome inspired design.

I love the way the little yellow spots of paint perfectly match the beautiful die-cut flower. And while you may have covered up the dendritic look, your background is just fabulous.
