For Ann's Falliday challenge, we were to "stamp" with yarn on a dark background. I hope Marina Mist is dark enough! This was a fun background to make. I wrapped yarn around my block, dipped it in paint and stamped. I was a bit heavy handed first so that is the bottom of the panel where the "snow" has built up!
The circles that I cut out for Lydia's challenge were still sitting here so they became my snowman - even though I do have stamps for that. I fussy cut his arms and fussy cut the bubble around his greeting. I embossed the white panel but you can't see much of it, it is embossed with a snowflake pattern and silver Nuvo paste is added to the snowflakes. The snowman and sentiment are popped up on dimensionals.
Thanks for the fun challenge Ann, and thanks for looking!

Catherine, this is such a cute Christmas card! I love this sparkly snowman - he looks like he is hunkered down for a blizzard. Your yarn-block bg turned out perfectly for this card. I love how you gave Mr. Snow Man a bow tie- how adorable! ~Karen.
