LOVE this technique! So much fun, except for maybe the sanding, I think I'll put the paint on thinner next time, or get heavier sand paper! It turned out to accent my vintage roses perfectly. Gorgeous acrylic distressed bg! It appears to have a metallic sheen on the raised embossing! And you are so right, it accents your beautiful roses perfectly!

Oh my, this is beautiful!! What a great ef for a vintage look, and super colours. Yes... it's hard to get the balance between the paint bring thick enough to give good cover and thin enough to sand. My feather card, which had two layers of paint, took a little more time. As always your flowers are spectacular.
