I took forever on this page, and changed everything a couple of times. Too long to mess with a layout! For Melissa's Back to School Challenge, we were to demonstrate a technique or share something we learned. I thought I would use Understandblue's Sticky Atmosphere technique on here. So I did three tags with cupcakes, using her technique, because I didn't have muffins. Anyway, it was a cool technique stamping with versamark, then sprinkling color bursts or any powdered watercolor, then spritzing with water. Then re-stamping the image after drying everything. So I only had oranges, yellows, no blues, which is what I determined the papers would be. So, decided I wouldn't use the tags I made that way. Just went ahead and did my page with out the tags that I had done. Just punched tags out of my papers. Then, guess what? I decided to cut parts out of what I had done and use them anyway. The color wasn't too overwhelming that way.
Long story! LOL So the photo is about a math problem also, to go with Melissa's Challenge.
Thanks for looking. Thank you for the new technique, Lydia. The sketch I used is from my Pinterest board.

What an intriguing page, turned out beautifully after whatever was vexing you in getting it done! I love the colors, first of all, and I was really drawn in by the photo and wanted to know what it was all about. You did it with wonderful style, a pleasure to have in your album.

I had to chuckle over the food math title but sounds like they figured out the best solution to the fractions!! I find it fun to learn new techniques and it looks like you have found one I had not seen before. I love the splashes of color on your page and the story behind the picture!!
