Wendy has a really fun challenge for us today with the F4A394 challenge. It's back to the 70's! I happen to love the 70's. It's funny though because my husband hates them so we have very interesting discussions at our house. Our son loves the 70's music and our daughter loves the apparel. Poor DH is ganged up on when the topic comes up!
One of the themes of the 70's was flower power so I colored one flower from a coloring page from a DCWV pad I picked up at Tuesday Morning for only 3.99. What a deal! I can't wait to take a trip to town and buy another!
I colored the flower with Chameleon pens and infused them with Color Tops so that when I colored the image the ink blended from one color to another. Very fun!!!
I think the sentiment from Spencer's Set by The Project Bin also conveys the spirit of the 70's. The colors and patterns of the decade draw attention!!!
Thanks for the fun challenge Wendy!

Love your pretty flower. I do remember all those brightly colored flowers of that decade. I love some of the early 70's music for sure. The disco stuff not so much.

This flower power image is right out of the 70's. I remember the posters at college that this type of all over geometric style floral images and the Wild, hot crazy colors to go with the time. You showed great restraint coloring only one flower - the color is perfectly "groovy"!
