I used distress oxides to stamp images, then added the word stickers. Vellum is very unforgiving to the distress oxide inks. My camera has picked up ink smudges and seemingly illuminated them. In real life, they are not that smudgy looking, I'm so sorry.

Wow, Julie, what a gorgeous card with the lovely blue on black! Smudges or not, the blue images are fantastic, and, yes, they do look illuminated and I love that! Great card, Julie!

You totally nailed your inspiration and I had not even considered adding that ink to vellum that is pretty neat, even if it is unforgiving thanks for sharing!
