Even though I was out all day today I couldn't help but play along with Toni's fun WT651 challenge of 3's!
I treated myself to a new stamp and die set this week. The set included three cats which I planned to feature on my card for Toni's challenge. I stamped the largest cat first and planned to pop up the smaller ones but I stamped the cat too low so that the small cat covered part of the face of the larger cat. I was beginning to feel the effects of spending the day out leading a discussion group followed by lunch so I scrapped my first idea, stamped one cat and added three butterflies.
I colored the images with Chameleon Color Tone pens and Color Tops.
I was inspired to use this particular sentiment from the Floral Reflections set because of my lunch with my friends. We are colorful characters!!! There was laughter and there were tears along with a little impromptu napkin folding teepee, corn doll thing happening! ( I can't keep my hands still!) I am not sure if I will get two more of these made but this one will go to one of the group who is going through a rough time.
Ok, time for me to toddle off to bed now!

I just spotted this on the main gallery page and I knew that it had to be yours Ang! Your card is great and I'm sure your friend will love it to bits. It would be a dream come true to have lunch with you Angie and then we could go back to your place and I could watch you stage, and take such fabulous photo's. Sleep tight. xx

Your staging is as beautiful as the card. While there cats definitely isn't too many ( we always had three), on the card maybe it would have looked busier while the 3 butterflies leave the card still looking very clean.

What a wonderful sentiment, Angie. Cute images to highlight it as well. Darling!
