Today I was happy to meet Diane, HappyinMarco, as our new FS. What a wonderful gallery! I chose Bloom Wildly. I liked your circle frame & I've been wanting to use this new die. My changes are:
- different stamp
- different die
- changed colors
- no bow
I colored the flowers with my new Studio71 markers. I did not blend the colors, I just kept adding more color to the petals. The petals are R3 & the centers are R4; leaves & stems are YG7 & BG3. This die cuts out the center; after stamping & coloring, I sponged around the edge & used it as an inlay.
CONGRATULATIONS Diane. Enjoy your time in the spotlight.
Thanks for stopping by.

I am certainly enjoying my time in the spotlight. Thanks for making your lovely card with inspiration from one of mine. It is lovely

I have made hundreds of cards and so many people say it has brought joy to their lives which, in turn, brings joy to my life. Almost everyone I give them to says that they always save me, which I consider a huge compliment.

I love your intensely coloured flowers! They are beautiful with that soft blue background. The stitching really frames them nicely! Great tribute to the FS. I almost used the same card you did for my inspiration. :-)

Beautiful, Karen! You are really excelling in the coloring department, my friend! I love your new die with its rounded corners and stitching...your sponging emits a warm glow and sets the stage for your pretty flowers~ Awesome!
