I decided to try a triple challenge to make my parents' anniversary card this year. It took a LOT of trial and error, but I'm fairly happy with the finished product. I always find it extra challenging to try to appeal to a male *and* female with the same card!
I didn't have all the inks for CC647, so I substituted with the closest berry and green from my own stash.
For FS548, I was inspired by her recent upload (Label Me Prety new In-Colors by D. Daisy at Splitcoaststampers ) of a trio of new in-color cards using label stamps and coordinating patterned panels on the lower portion of the card. I used leaves from "With Gratitude" to recreate a patterned panel for this card based from that.
I'll upload the inside of the card as well in my gallery.
Thanks so much for looking, and thanks to the hostesses of this week's great challenges!

Your card is lovely, nicely done! You did a great job in combining the male/female details here, I'm sure your parents will feel the love and love your card! I can't believe you did a "triple challenge," too; awesome!!
Thank you so much for the honor of perusing my own gallery for inspiration (and then to create)! It has been such a fun week and experience for me!
Sincerest thanks! Cheers!

Fabulous take on the sketch and the other challenges. Beautifully inspired. Love the wood-grain embossed background. The repeated stamping is terrific. Love the little heart. Awesome sentiment. Fantastic card for your parent's anniversary. It is difficult to do a female/male combo card. You did great!

Love the wood grain background! It goes so well with the sentiment and tree image. Beautiful anniversary card. I always have a hard time with those! TFS
