This is for Teresa's challenge. I decided to use a never-been-used-yet stamp set with flowers (of course), and I stamped the image with Versafine ink and used some ColorBox INK Premium Dye Mini Inkpads to watercolor. I am still trying to hone my watercolor skills, but practice is important...so I push on! I did a bit of watercolor wash around the image, and then I stamped the sentiment with my Mini MISTI (what did I do without it?). I used a decorative frame, which meant fussing cutting the focal image to fit inside. I've needed so many encouragement cards, so this one will be in the mail shortly. Thanks for looking, and I hope you are all having a blast with Dare to Get Dirty this year! Hugs, all!

Beautiful, Cheryl! Watercoloring is great...don't think you'll need any more practice. Oh, so long since I've made one of these die shaped cards. Need to do that again.

I think your watercoloring is LOVELY, Cheryl. As you said, it just takes practice (and experimentation). : ) Your flowers are beautiful and the composition of your entire card is exquisite.

Your "practicing" your water color looks very accomplished to me! This is gorgeous and was so worth the cutting to fit it into the beauty of the die cut frame!
