Cut circle our of patterned and Watercolor paper and placed the patterned circle in the hole of the watercolor background. Distressed edges of watercolor paper with Vintage Photo Distress ink. Adhered colored dog and stamped sentiment. Added Google eyes because this dog had CRAZY EYES and it seemed the perfect thing to do.
