I decided to go cool, but with a lot of heat. I love the look of clear embossing on a colored bg. The embossing takes on the color of the c/s being used, but in a darker tone and it is shiny. This stamp by Judikins is perfect for this technique.
The sentiment is stamped so it can go over one of the base flowers. It is stamped on a piece of blue vellum. This is where I added the Brilliance Med. Blue ink.
To get any crystal or pearl to stick to an embossed part, I put small hash marks in the embossing with my craft knife. This gives it a little tooth so things will stick.
TFL!
