Oh Sharon, these colors are gorgeous! Green and blue, my favorite colors! I really like how your background panel turned out. Your confetti looks like it might be glitter paper but perhaps that is just the photo. Beautiful card!

Wow Sharon, your background and card turned out beautifully with these wonderful brusho's and bubble wrap technique (I am going to have to look this up now).
