I made a pocket from the tag to slide the smaller stamped tag inside, I punched a hole and used crochet ribbon to tie the same ribbon for the embellishing and some pearls and roses
I love this sketch will surely make more

Love the removable tag. Great idea! I loved this sketch too--was a little nervous about the part that hangs off the edge, but I really like the result.

Gorgeous shabby chic design. Love how you used the sketch. We had the same removable bookmarker idea; I put mine in a pocket, but you let yours be part of the show! Excellent. Lovely colors. Love the roses and trim. Great job! TFS

That is a great idea to make the tag removeable. The lace and flowers add a great embellishment.
