I have created this for nancy's super fun challenge, sure hope you are playing along with us!
I have used the awesoem simon says stamp flower set called sketch ranunculus, fun flowers! I watercolored them with TH distress inks. The scalloped frame is chipboard I covered with paint and then added a little watercolor splash to the sides.

Teresa, I love this!!! Super fun and fresh and happy flowers colored up so sweetly. The best part is what you did to that chipboard with painting, smearing, and stamping. I need to go in my craft room and find some chipboard! Thanks so much for making a sample for my challenge. Hugz
