I chose the "Amazing Birthday" stamp set by Stampin' Up! for this card. I stamped the "Make Today Ridiculously Amazing" onto Whisper White cardstock twice - once with Real Red, and once with Wild Wasabi. Since I couldn't find the word "Christmas" in the right size in any of my stamp sets, I instead printed the word out using Microsoft Word using the Niagra Engraved font at 56 pts size onto Whisper White cardstock using red font color.
Given that I had a red "Christmas" word, I decided to use the Wild Wasabi green stamped version as my base. I cut this out with my paper trimmer. I then cut out from the Real Red stamped image the "Make" oval, and the "Amazing" block. These I attached to the green base using adhesive foam strips to exactly match their underlying green words. I cut out the "Christmas" word so it would completely cover the "TODAY" word, and also attached it with adhesive foam tape.
I next stamped the striped banner using Real Red ink, and cut it out with my trimmer and paper snips. I then cut it in half so that I could glue the top and bottom halves onto the sentiment layered element I had just built so the 'head' and 'tail' of the banner showed at the top and bottom of the sentiment element.
This entire element was then glued to the 3-1/4"x -1/4" Garden Green panel. Which in turn was glued to the folded 5-1/2"x 4-1/4" Real Red card base.
The card was pretty straightforward to assemble, so I gave it a difficulty rating of "2".
