I'd like to start out by mahaloing Ms.Michelle Zindorf who creates beautifully gorgeous cards and is the one who inspired me to make this and many more for my grandson and grandnephews. So a very mahalo much Ms. Michelle. I don't have your tutorial on your card . I was still inspired and this is the best I could do. Hope I did yours justice.
This maybe a bit late for the 4th/Independence Day even though I had it already made and then just now added the stars to meet the WT643 challenge. I just now uploaded it. It is my entry for Challenges WT643, CAS436 Patriotic, and the alpha challenge for the letter
" F " for Fourth,Flag, and Freedom. The double challenge was met in this card which is Freedom for the 4th.
Every time I make this hand torn stars it reminds me of sis Catherine. So these stars are for you sis.
A very special mahalo goes out to sis Arlene for my Independence Day set.
Enjoy everyone!!

I've never seen hand-torn stars...what is that process...it looks interesting! Love those silver emboss stars and flourishes. In your abstract watercolor background, I see sky, sunset, and land flowing from top to bottom...nicely done

This is gorgeousness, Vickster! Your white embossed soldier is wonderful! Just wow! I could never make hand torn stars come out and still look like stars! You are so creative, and don't even know how you have time , or any creativity to do these cards, with all you have to do and with all you have to think about. Hugs, Sis.

Oh Vickster this is gorgeous! Your hand torn stars continues to amaze me, I don't know how you do it. I agree with Sharon that I couldn't do it and have them look like stars! Your background is fabulous and your embossed soldier and those flourishes are awesome! Brilliant card!

Another superb patriotic and military card for your collection, Victoria. I love the cutout of the soldier, and the rough edges of the stars. You go, girl.

What a fabulous freedom/military card this is for all the challenges! I love your water colored background, embossing the soldier in white is such a wonderful, and unexpected surprise, and so are these amazing hand-torn stars. Wowsers my friend- I would not have the patience to tear those stars. I love the silver embossed flourishes that top this card off perfectly! Yay for you sis! Hugs and smooches! ~Karen.
