I cannot even tell you how many YEARS I have had this pretty 3-D balloon sticker from K&Company. Every time I think I'm going to use it, it doesn't work out - until now.
Stamped and die cut my HAPPY word. Covered striped areas with Glossy Accents. Die cut again on a Bazzill Diamond Bling panel. Inlaid the stamped image. Cut a second panel the same size as my focal panel for some dimension and adhered both layers to my card base.
Removed the foam tape from the balloon sticker and used Glossy Accents to attach to card front.
Used MFT fishtail die to cut flag out of small scrap of DSP. Cut apart HAPPY BIRTHDAY sentiment from MFT Adorable Elephants set and stamped BIRTHDAY with white pigment ink. Embossed with white embossing powder. Cut long edges of flag to make it slightly more narrow. Attached to card front.
Of course, it's not done until there are a few clear star sequins sprinkled on top, so I added several of them.
TFL!

Debbie, this is super! I love those pretty balloons and the inlaid technique on the sentiment is great.
