This is for Sabrina's Ways to Use It Challenge to use strips of paper. I took the plunge and tried the Bargello Technique for the first time. I have wanted to use up my Berry Bliss DSP so that was my first choice. I thought one more color was needed so I added Baja Breeze. To assemble the strips into a design, I used double sided adhesive paper. It is great for achieving a strong bond without gaps. However, there is no wiggle room for moving anything once it's touched the adhesive. I learned a lot and would do this technique again. I didn't want to cover up the design to decorate. I found a pre-embossed and punched sentiment with the paper. Perfect. I die-cut a little paper bow for a finishing touch. Kept it flat and easy to mail. Love that! TFL

Beautiful movement in your bargello design - I'm so happy you kept the embellishments to a bare minimum to really let the beauty of the bg shine through.
