My bg is made form various oxide inks which I sponged then spritzed with water. I then stamped various bg stamps with versamark and some with oxide inks to which I applied perfect pearls, then again spritzed with water. The diver and fish are colored with oxide inks and also distress stains. I applied some iridescent medium over them to make them sparkle. Liquid pearls and stickles were applied here and there as accents. TFL!
It's hard to see any sparkle....we're having a thunderstorm so it was hard to get a picture today with no light...

Great BG! Love how the diver is saying hello to the fish!
So glad those stamps are getting so much love!

What a cool card, Polly! Love the diver greeting the fish, you always have great stamps that we just don't see everyday. Your background has me drooling ( I don't need more inks, I don't need more inks...)! Fantastic card!
