Catching up on a few weeks' of card making, I made this card for the Dutch fold challenge (TLC637), using the colors from CC635. I usually avoid fancy folds but this one was basic enough that I attempted it. I followed instructions on a video to measure and cut the card front. I lined the inside with solid light green paper and stamped leaves from the Avant Garden set around the edge.
I used a flower embossing folder on some yellow paper and attached it to the front of the card, adding some green striped washi tape for interest. I cut two different sized flowers out using dies and stamped the dots from Avant Garden on the smaller flower before layering them and attaching to card front. I finished by using a light green rhinestone flower as the center of the flower.
Thanks for the motivation to try this easy card variant, I like it and will use it again! Thanks for looking!
