In all honesty, I must admit that I made this card a couple of weeks ago, but I had never uploaded it to SCS. And it fit today's CAS challenge to a T! I used the negative from a circle die cut I had used previously and sponged the blues. Then I added the two die-cut fish and sentiment. The bubbles were made with Glossy Accents.
