This is for two challenges, technique lovers challenge and clean and simple. I use the technique found here for my image background. Wax Paper Cuttlebug Resist Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
Then I colored it with soft sky and a sponge. Next I colored and cut out the fish. I added candy dots and the images. Then I backed with black and added the card base with dots on it.

This set was the very first SU set I purchased -- and I still have it. I love those fishies! Good job using the technique from today's TLC challenge for your background. Cute, cute card!

Terrific card combining the challenges for today. The bg looks great and your two fish are some of my favorite old SU stamps......and you colored them beautifully.
