This StampinÂ’Up! Happy Celebrations shaker card creation uses items both from the new 2017 Occasions catalog and the 2017 Sale A Bration catalog!
Just start with an 8.5″ x 5.5″ white cardstock scored at 4.25″. Fold in half. The top shaker layer is 4″ x 5.25″ (you will need 2 of these). Use the Lots of Labels Framelit to create a window in one. Emboss the window sheet (3″ x 4.5″ ) with the word celebrate. Lay the window cut out piece over the back piece as a template to center the stamp word celebrate.
Attach the embossed window overlay to the back side of the cutout top piece. Make sure and center the embossed over stamped word celebrate on the card base. Add the foam adhesive strips to create a layer. Add the sequins and close the layers.
