I was having my coffee this morning and looking at today's challenge dismissing it pretty quickly....having absolutely nothing to work with and no ideas.
So, I was minding my own business, playing with my new hexagons, and I made this card. As I was about to upload it to the general gallery, I realized.....wait a minute aren't those hexagons nuts? I looked it up. They are. Haha. If you don't know what I mean, look at up. I don't want to hear any challenge police sirens.....LOL!
Actually, here's the definition:
a small flat piece of metal or other material, typically square or hexagonal, with a threaded hole through it for screwing onto a bolt as a fastener. Hahaha!!
So happy to be in the challenge after all!
TFL!

You're having way too much fun with your new die! But keep it up, you are making some beauties! I love what you are doing with the selective pieces that you are putting back in, topping it all off with the pretty bow!

No need for me to look it up, my dad was one of those guys who could keep everything running so I know what hexagon nuts are. Fortunately, my DH is a guy like my dad in that respect. I must say, your hexagon nuts are much prettier than any I ever saw in my dad's work area! lol Lovely colors.
