For Jan's Flag It Up!! Tickle a Teapotter challenge. We were to be inspired by the colours of our national flag. I actually ended up with two cards - because I had a French mother and have a new Paris stamp I got for my birthday, I made this French card as well as an Irish one.
Black base, stamped in white with a stamp from a set I bought in Paris.
For the main panel, I stamped and masked the Paris skyline, then sponged in the colours and spritzed. Added a little bit of colour in the arch of the Arc de Triomphe after removing the masking. Distressed the edges, added Paris (from the same set as the base), and popped the panel up on foam. There is, apparently, some very specific proportion of colours, it's not strict thirds. But I just eyeballed mine.

Great Paris city stamp and wonderful flag you added to your card. You really created a work of art in this one with the black CS and script and the very eye catching flag and city.
