I am still trying to use stuff up that has been sitting in my craft room for so long. This image was printed off about 3 years ago. Colored her with pencils and stamped the sentiment.
The blue strip is a leftover scrap from a challenge I did 2 years ago. It is heat embossed and Brushos added then spritzed with water an water colored all over. Finished off with some sponged clouds, gems and a die cut Happy to go with the Hello because this darling girl is saying Hello from the USA.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

Two pieces down and how many hundred more to use up? I know all about those piles of stuff we have cut, colored, or stamped and they fill up containers in our craft room. But hey, you are making progress and have a sweet card from the effort!
