 | | This is for TLC640 Swipe Your Credit Card challenge. First, let me say how happy I am to get to play in the TLC challenge. I haven't been able to play in it for a long while and am enjoying having the holiday from work and getting my fingers inky. Thanks so much to Karen for such an interesting challenge. I had this new Sea Turtle and thought it would be fun to create a watery looking background for my turtle to be swimming in. I added sparkle to the water and the turtle using a sparkle marker.
