CAS430: Memories. The challenge was to make a card sharing a memory. The challenge for me was to choose which memory to make into a card! I chose to represent the town where I grew up which is a big rodeo town. Every September our little town grew from a population of 15,000 to over 50,000 and schools had three extra holidays because the school grounds became camp grounds. There was the rodeo, parades, a carnival, an outdoor theater program, great fun - though I'm afraid of horses! Fun memories.
I stamped hardwood on the background for my image panel and then stamped my rodeo silhouette. I rounded the corners and matted the panel. I stamped texture along the card base and then added three strips from Delicate Details along the card base.
Thanks for looking!

Fun memories wonderfully represented on your card. Our schools take two days off for the rodeo. What fun it must have been for y'all to have the activities on school grounds. Love the hardwood background and the extra trim at the bottom. Great card. TFS

What a great memory to have. I really like your bucking horse and the sentiment fits the image perfectly.
