When I saw Wing It for the challenge today, I had to do this card. We did this in art class on Wednesday past and it was so much fun I had to do it for a card. I don't know what the technique is called ... blowing paint?! In any event, the background of the pale blue I did awhile back by sprinkling Bister on top of water and dipping my paper in. Thanks for looking. aplaceforkia

Wow, Kia, this is so striking! Just so bold and fabulous! I can remember blowing paint across my paper in art class in elementary school. It is a fun technique.
