I was totally delighted when Tricia asked for May flowers today, since I needed a kick-in-the-you-know-what to finish a few more Mother's Day cards. This card is just one layer (well, if you count the sentiment strip as another layer, then that makes it two, LOL), and added my usual embroidery floss flowers which I made to look like daisies this time (I don't know if you're tired of these flowers already, but I'm still having fun making them, so please bear with me, LOL). For more details and a close-up, please have a peek at my blog.
Thank you so much for checking out my card!

Gem, I have 2 boxes crammed full of embroidery floss (which has sat unused for years) but never in a million years could I envision making these adorable flowers. I did visit your blog & will go back when time permits to see if I can walk myself through your procedure since I do have both floral wire & hot glue. This card goes straight to my fav's!!

Really pretty flowers and they totally pop against the bright pink!
