I made this for a friend of mine who is into fashion, but not bright colors. The background paper is actually a little bluer than it shows in the picture.

Glad to see you posting and this is a fabulous card! I haven't tried that technique - looks like it involved measuring which I totally avoid (or rather it avoids me). Fun bg paper and super cool candles. This is a great birthday card! Hope you will post more and get involved in some of the challenges - that is where the magic is around here!
