I decided to try the cling wrap background. It turned out pretty cool. I spritzed the inks with glimmer spray for a bit of added shine. After seeing the end results, with the colors I used, my mind went directly to my new llama stamp/die set. I just love him!! I used bits of dimensionals on parts of the streamers. I added glossy accents to the flowers. Thanks so much for looking!

Fabulous with the oxide inks, which I have yet to buy. This is super cute and such a fun birthday card, Jennifer! Now you are making me want this, lol....
I can see why you love him. His adorable. Your card is too. You did great with this technique. I'm going to have to try this. What I really love is how the streamers look like they are twisted as in a real fiesta. Great job.
