I made this card using Sabrina's Cling wrap with spray starch challenge for this week's Technique challenge.
I started with water color paper. I sprayed it with spray starch, then sprinkled on some different colors of color bursts, I scrunched up cling wrap on the wet color and moved it a little and then let it dry. For a long time. I always tend to use too much of everything! I made some other bgs while I was at it, and some of them were less colored and less wet!
Next I stamped Hero Arts Silhouette several times using my Misti with Stazon Back. ( I have now un-mounted that stamp from it's wood block.) Added a die cut HB and a sequin. I have decided I don't like the sequin on here, but oh well! Thanks for looking.

Beautiful colours, Sharon, I like the rich deepness of them, especially the glow of deep red. You shouldn't need to leave the cling wrap on for more than an hour or so, it's just till the wrinkles and patterning have set in place, and then it will dry faster if you take the film off. But count me in your corner as tending to use too much of things!!

Wow.. this turned out really nice!!! I love that effect, with the black in front... gotta love the Misti. ;) And I like the sequin... it gives it a nice pop of shine. Perfect. xoxo
