Today's technique challenge is Cling Wrap Background, found here TLC635 ~ Let's Get Clingy {04/24/2017} by Cook22 at Splitcoaststampers
I've never tried this before and I'm not sure why, but I didn't get the lines from the scrunched cling wrap. I let the background dry for nearly 5 hours, but when I took the cling wrap off, it still felt damp, and maybe that's why the lines don't appear. Anyway, I really liked the way it turned out and it reminded me of a Summer night around dusk, so I added the starry swirls and a tree to the background. TFL!

It does look beautiful, even if it doesn't have wrinkles. Did you make sure to scrunch the wrap well and not leave it pressed too close to the paper? I think it would take almost forever to dry properly with the wrap still on it, but I usually find that after a couple of hours, it's dry enough to remove the wrap and the wrinkles have set.
I've been trying to think what your card reminds me of, and I think it's one of Chagall's paintings, he did such fabulous skies. The white tree and swirls look beautiful on it.
