I never got to play in the TLC on Monday as my forget-me-nots were looking puny and I only have one tulip blooming. I have a garden of wildflowers on the side of my house and never thought to look there. Whoa!!! I grabbed some blue flax and an alpine wallflower (so fragrant). I LOVE how this turned out. I am headed to the floral shop to have this sent with a bouquet to someone that has been going through some serious, life threatening health issues, but is on the mend.

Pam, a gift and card that is bound to be well-received. Fresh flowers are the GREATEST....and your card with fresh flowers "preserved" will bring cheer. Your artistry and thoughtfulness will be appreciated.

I recognized your flowers immediately as I have both that come back year after year from a 20 cent packet of seeds that was simply called Bird & Butterfly attractors. I have found that weeds & wild flowers tend to give a better impression that my culivated ones. Great use of the sketch, too, to spotlight your pretty pressings.
