APRVSN17O: the challenge was to be inspired by one of the top 100 April Fool's Day hoaxes. #5 was about the islands of San Serriffe and described them as semi colon shaped islands. I immediately thought of my CM paisley punch and thought how fun it would be. This is actually my second card for this challenge because I wanted to make it!
I used a color burst background that I had in my stash. Made early espresso "islands" and used a sentiment from You're My Type - though it does have serifs! A fun, silly card with a few sequins to finish it off.
